Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Before sending anything back, email support@zarvuki.shop for authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused. Do not return products to the manufacturer or the company’s registered office unless instructed.

Made-to-order, personalized, clearance, gift-card, hygiene-sensitive, and final-sale items are not returnable unless defective or required by law. Customers normally pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. CRAYHOME covers reasonable return costs for verified incorrect, damaged, or defective items.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or card processing times may vary. Original expedited-shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective.
